Products in stock are dispatched within 1 - 2 working days with GLS. In the EU, a delivery time of 2 - 5 working days is to be expected. Orders to other European countries can take between 5 - 10 working days. It is currently not possible to place orders outside Europe on the website. If you are interested, please send an e-mail to office@impibag.com. Shipping costs depend on the country of order and will be added at check-out. Outside the EU, customs duties or fees may be incurred after the order has been completed, which must be borne by the customer. If you have any questions, please contact office@impibag.com. 

Returns
 
Didn't find the right thing? It can happen... Our returns are processed manually. Please fill in the returns form and send us an e-mail to office@impibag.com or use the contact field below. We ask for your understanding that you are responsible for the shipping costs in the event of a return. Products can be returned within 14 days in their original packaging (with the exception of personalised items and sale items, these are excluded from exchange and return). Please make sure that the shoulder straps, if they have been opened, do not press against the IMPIBAG in the box. Thank you very much! We have high standards for functionality, quality, and design. We are pleased to accompany thousands of users daily in their everyday lives and on their travels.

IMPIBAG is a Viennese design initiated by a mother-daughter duo in 2016. Since then, we have been working daily on designs that support women in their everyday lives while meeting the demands for fashionable appearance.

What's the difference between Classic and Travel?
The Travel design has a glasses case and removable cards holder additionally to the classic features

Does it come with straps?
Yes! Every Impibag comes with 3 straps: Leather long, leather short and a chain

GENERAL INFORMATION

Regarding Returns If you are unexpectedly dissatisfied with an item, it can be returned within 14 days (excluding items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items). The period starts upon the arrival of the package at the delivery address or at the time of drop-off at the parcel shop. Please understand that the shipping costs must be paid by the customer in this case. Feel free to contact us at office@impibag.com.

Is my repair covered by the warranty? All IMPIBAG designs are covered by a statutory warranty of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects that are due to faulty workmanship or material. In such cases, we offer to repair your product free of charge. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or external damage is excluded from the warranty. The judgment of these cases is at the discretion of Impibag.

Regarding Payment Options We accept payments via PayPal, advance payment (bank transfer), and card payments with major credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, CUP, JCB, Maestro). Depending on the location, Klarna payments are also accepted.
