Shipping
Products in stock are dispatched within 1 - 2 working days with GLS. In the EU, a delivery time of 2 - 5 working days is to be expected. Orders to other European countries can take between 5 - 10 working days. It is currently not possible to place orders outside Europe on the website. If you are interested, please send an e-mail to office@impibag.com. Shipping costs depend on the country of order and will be added at check-out. Outside the EU, customs duties or fees may be incurred after the order has been completed, which must be borne by the customer. If you have any questions, please contact office@impibag.com.
Exchanges & Returns
Extended exchange period for Christmas! All orders placed from November 27 can be exchanged until December 31. If an item unexpectedly doesn’t meet your expectations, it can be returned within 14 days. The period begins once the package arrives at the delivery address or is dropped off at the parcel shop.
