Questions about repairs

At Impibag, we value the quality and durability of our designs. However, if your Impibag ever has a defect, we are here to help.

 

Please send an e-mail to our customer service (office@impibag.com) with the following information so that we can help you as quickly as possible:

 

Your order number, invoice or the e-mail address under which the purchase was made

A brief description of the defect and how it occurred

A photo or video of the defect

 

We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the necessary steps and get your Impibag back in perfect condition.

General questions

Is my repair covered by the warranty? All IMPIBAG designs are covered by a statutory warranty of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects that are due to faulty workmanship or material. In such cases, we offer to repair your product free of charge. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or external damage is excluded from the warranty. The judgment of these cases is at the discretion of Impibag.

Can I also have my IMPIBAG repaired if the repair is not covered by the warranty? We are also happy to carry out repairs for you that are not covered by the warranty. The costs of this repair must be borne by the customer. Please send us a request to office@impibag.com. Depending on the problem, we will ask our manufacturer for the costs and let you know in advance.

How does the repair work? After we have offered you solutions, you can tell us what you would like to do. If you would like us to carry out the repair, please send us the item (without straps) well packaged to the following address: Impibag Witthauergasse 6/2 1180 Vienna Please make sure that you send the package with tracking, as you bear the risk for a safe delivery. We would like to point out that we cannot accept any liability for lost or damaged parcels on your part.
