Regarding Repairs

At Impibag, we value the quality and durability of our designs. However, if your Impibag should ever have a defect, we are here to help.

Please send an email to our customer service (office@impibag.com) with the following information so that we can assist you as quickly as possible:

  • Your order number, invoice, or the email address used for the purchase

  • A brief description of the defect and how it occurred

  • A photo or video of the defect

We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the necessary steps and restore your Impibag to perfect condition.

General questions

Does my repair fall under the warranty? All IMPIBAG designs come with a statutory warranty of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects due to errors in workmanship or materials. In such cases, we offer a free repair of your product. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or external damage is not covered by the warranty. The assessment of such cases is at the discretion of Impibag.

Can I have my IMPIBAG repaired even if the repair is not covered by the warranty? We are happy to handle repairs that are not covered by the warranty. The costs of these repairs will need to be borne by the customer. Please feel free to send us an inquiry at office@impibag.com. We will inquire about the costs with our manufacturer depending on the issue and inform you in advance.

How does the repair process work? After we have offered you solutions, you can tell us what you would like to do. If you choose to have us perform the repair, please send the item (without straps) well-packaged to the following address: Impibag Witthauergasse 6/2 1180 Vienna Please make sure to send the package with tracking, as you are responsible for ensuring its safe delivery. We would like to note that we cannot accept liability for any packages that are lost or damaged on your end.

IMPIBAG is a Viennese design initiated by a mother-daughter duo in 2016. Since then, we have been working daily on designs that support women in their everyday lives while meeting the demands for fashionable appearance.

What's the difference between Classic and Travel?
The Travel design has a glasses case and removable cards holder additionally to the classic features

Does it come with straps?
Yes! Every Impibag comes with 3 straps: Leather long, leather short and a chain

GENERAL INFORMATION

Regarding Returns If you are unexpectedly dissatisfied with an item, it can be returned within 14 days (excluding items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items). The period starts upon the arrival of the package at the delivery address or at the time of drop-off at the parcel shop. Please understand that the shipping costs must be paid by the customer in this case. Feel free to contact us at office@impibag.com.

Is my repair covered by the warranty? All IMPIBAG designs are covered by a statutory warranty of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects that are due to faulty workmanship or material. In such cases, we offer to repair your product free of charge. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or external damage is excluded from the warranty. The judgment of these cases is at the discretion of Impibag.

Regarding Payment Options We accept payments via PayPal, advance payment (bank transfer), and card payments with major credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, CUP, JCB, Maestro). Depending on the location, Klarna payments are also accepted.
