How fast will my order arrive? Accelerated shipping times before Christmas! We will be shipping on the following days at 11:00 AM: December 9, 11, 12, 16, 18, 19, 23 All orders placed before 10:00 AM on these days will be shipped out the same day. Your order will be shipped insured via GLS. You will receive the tracking information directly from GLS in your email inbox. What if I don’t like the piece or the color? Normally, our return period is 14 days. For the Christmas season, we have extended this period until the end of the year. This means you can notify us by December 31, 2025 if you would like to exchange or return an item. Please understand that we are unable to cover return shipping costs. However, once we have received your order back, we will refund the full invoice amount.
What fits inside the Impibag (Classic and Travel)? All standard smartphone sizes! You can even fit two phones inside, placed one behind the other. Thanks to the touchscreen foil, one device can still be operated while inside the bag. The reading-glasses compartment in the Travel design fits standard reading glasses. For larger sunglasses, we recommend using our sunglass cases.
