How fast will my order arrive? Accelerated shipping times before Christmas! We will be shipping on the following days at 11:00 AM: December 9, 11, 12, 16, 18, 19, 23 All orders placed before 10:00 AM on these days will be shipped out the same day. Your order will be shipped insured via GLS. You will receive the tracking information directly from GLS in your email inbox. Estimated delivery times from the moment of dispatch: Austria: 1–2 business days Germany: 2–3 business days EU: varies by country — please contact us for specific information. If you do not receive an email from GLS, please check your spam folder and feel free to contact us at: office@impibag.com

What if I don’t like the piece or the color? Normally, our return period is 14 days. For the Christmas season, we have extended this period until the end of the year. This means you can notify us by December 31, 2025 if you would like to exchange or return an item. Please understand that we are unable to cover return shipping costs. However, once we have received your order back, we will refund the full invoice amount.

What fits inside the Impibag (Classic and Travel)? All standard smartphone sizes! You can even fit two phones inside, placed one behind the other. Thanks to the touchscreen foil, one device can still be operated while inside the bag. The reading-glasses compartment in the Travel design fits standard reading glasses. For larger sunglasses, we recommend using our sunglass cases.

IMPIBAG is a Viennese design initiated by a mother-daughter duo in 2016. Since then, we have been working daily on designs that support women in their everyday lives while meeting the demands for fashionable appearance.

GENERAL INFORMATION

On Exchanges & Returns Extended exchange period for Christmas! All orders placed from November 27 can be exchanged until December 31. If an item unexpectedly doesn’t meet your expectations, it can be returned within 14 days. The period begins once the package arrives at the delivery address or is dropped off at the parcel shop. Please note that in this case, shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Feel free to contact us at office@impibag.com

Regarding Payment Options We accept payments via PayPal, advance payment (bank transfer), and card payments with major credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, CUP, JCB, Maestro). Depending on the location, Klarna payments are also accepted.

The Travel design has a glasses case and removable cards holder additionally to the classic features
